I’ll help you learn to motivate yourself. I’ll give you a program to start with and we’ll work through it together with daily e-mails and encouragement. I’ll answer your questions and push you when you start to lag. I am here to help you educate or re-educate yourself. I want to see you empowered.
It is popular (if not somewhat faulty) thought that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. Unfortunately it isn’t quite that easy. Forming a habit takes a concerted amount of effort and a strength of will but 21 days is a good start and that is what you will get with this program. The start you need! All 21 days of it.

I’ll ask you to send me an e-mail a day letting me know how you are eating if you performed your exercise for the day and how you are feeling as well as giving you an opportunity to ask questions or voice your concerns. You will get out of this what you put in to it! This program is designed to get you to think and take charge of your life!
