December 28, 2011 New Year Resolution Plan
OK. I am not trying to be an annoying salesperson here BUT I have had some people ask me recently about my program and even though I do have it posted on the site I am going to put it up here just in time for your New Year resolution!
I coach you in to a more healthy and fit lifestyle. I do this all over e-mail (or facebook).
It is a 30 day program with the option of a second month for 10% off.
Week #1 focuses on food. What you are eating. When you are eating it. We discuss how to eat, what to eat, when to eat, we work with what you have available and your time and budget limitations. We come up with recipes that you can use and even a shopping list if you need one.
Week #2 – #4 starts with us honing in on your fitness goals. You receive a workout per day for 5 days out of the week (you get your weekends off). You will be able to perform the routines at home and you don’t have to have more than 20 minutes to complete them!
You will receive daily e-mails encouraging you and asking you how you are feeling and how things are working for you. This program is very personalized so the more feedback you give the more personalized it will become!
I work with all ages and shapes and sizes with all kinds of goals. Weight loss, weight gain, getting in shape, running a race, general health, etc.
The cost of the 30 day program is $100 – you can arrange to make payments and your second month is 10% off.
